Please note: If you must register on-site, there will be an additional $75 charge per registration.

To register via mail, please fill out this form and send to the IPLSA Office. Forms must be received in the IPLSA Office by February 1 at 5 p.m.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing by 5 PM on January 6, 2023 to be eligible for a refund, less a processing fee of $50 for each registered attendee.

The block at the Crowne Plaza is full. However, IPLSA has reserved a limited block of overflow rooms at their sister property Holiday Inn Express - located adjacent to the Crowne Plaza.
